Yo family,

Hope you’ve been well

So got a special announcement coming soon that you guys will be first to know about.

I recently put out call out (see below) for a singer on one of my next songs and it kind of went viral which is cool - i’ve had so many singers from around the world send in vocals. The world is really such a big place and it’s interesting hearing how different people can interpret one sound. Do you guys think I should keep doing this but maybe other things e.g producers, video editors etc?

On another note i’ve decided i want to launch some product for our community (currently getting them made with my manufacturer). I’ve got some big dreams for this side of forevafree* but I wanted to start with something simple that you guys can have and represents our mindset and movement.

It’s all about being free, being who you want to be.

I got some cool products outside of clothes that I want to make - that I think will help us so stay tuned! Let me know what you think of our first product below by voting on the poll underneath the image.

Over at GUAP - we’re one week away from the GUAP GALA! Can’t even believe i’m saying that. It’s funny because you will work months towards something like this and it is gone in a couple hours. I got a cool outfit made by ASOS - can’t wait to share.

For the gala we actually are looking for a volunteers team - anyone who would come and do:

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Production Assisting

We also have our final slots for anyone with a business who would like to come to the GUAP Gala

Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to just keep going.

To stay in chase mode. To move from one milestone to the next. To keep planning the next thing before you’ve even sat with what you just did.

I’m very guilty of it maybe more than anyone.

Next week we’re about to do the GUAP Gala, and when I really stop and think about it, it’s wild. We’re putting on an event at the Natural History Museum - one of the most iconic venues in London. A room full of creators, dreamers, and people shaping culture.

And somehow, I’ve normalised it.

That’s the crazy part. Something that once felt impossible has now become a to-do list item. Another thing to manage. Another email thread. Another “next step.”

I think it’s the byproduct of being someone who’s always been chasing. When you grow up having to figure everything out, you get used to being in motion. You learn to survive by staying busy. By working harder. By focusing on what’s next.

But lately I’ve been realising that you can’t appreciate your blessings if you never slow down long enough to see them.

I’ve achieved things the younger me used to dream about and instead of celebrating, I sometimes move the goalpost and tell myself I’m still not there yet. That mindset helped me build everything, but it can also rob me of peace if I’m not careful.

So this week, I’m trying to pause. To look around and really take it in. To appreciate how far I’ve come, how much I’ve grown, and how many people have walked with me on this journey.

I’m reminding myself that success isn’t just about what’s next. It’s also about being present enough to honour what’s now.

If you’re reading this and you’re wired like me constantly building, constantly chasing. I just want to remind you: you don’t always have to be in motion. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop and feel proud.

We’re always so focused on the destination that we forget to look around and realise this is what we prayed for.

So before the next project, the next goal, the next move… take a second.
Breathe. Reflect. Be grateful.

Because you’re already doing better than you think.
